Points are small things. If you try to fit anything into a point you have to cut off a lot of the meat. You're basically saying "why go to Italy?" by pointing to a map and saying it's just a boot with some mountains at the top. The map is not the territory. The point of life (if you ever find one) will not be life. Playing an instrument isn't about plucking some strings and making some noise. Even saying things like "it's about getting lost in art and feeling the flow of a higher state of being" isn't enough to capture it. Many musicians will tell you this. Riding a bike can be simplified into pedaling your legs and pushing the handlebars. But then you cut off the wind on your face, the sound of the chains pattering along, the whole-body balancing act, the feel of the rubber grip in your hands, the speed and motion of it all.

I hope you don't ever find a point to life because you might miss out on a whole bunch of other stuff.
