I woke up feeling stress in my chest.

It's like feeling fragile. Hasn't happened to me for a long time. And funnily, it happened after my last email about anxiety (did I invite it?).

So I did what felt right for the moment.

Took a piece of paper, grabbed a pen, made myself black coffee (if you follow me for a while you know I like my coffee routine) and went out to my balcony to get some sun. Then just wrote whatever I had in mind.

Not the most grammatically right. Just the words that were inside of me. I transferred them to a piece of paper.

Then I read it. A couple times. Breathed deeply.

Writing. Simple and effective. Yes I need to clean the table.

Here is what I wrote:

Today's core value: Inner peace

Find the peace within myself. Don't let outside noise get a hold of you. We all die. Just let go. Just let things happen the way they do. You do your best, but you cannot affect the rhythm of life. Embrace it and breathe. Things will fall into place.

Today's core value is a technique I'm using daily. I choose one value that guides me throughout the day. Sometimes midday when life happens and does its thing, I remember today's value and I act, respond, and behave accordingly. It's like a compass.

Then I decided I won't jump into the fast pace of the day. Instead I'll go work out on the things I hate the most (running, legs and abs). Finished it and felt wonderful.

Then started my day. Now writing these words.

So I'll be working less today. So what?

I felt something inside. I was active about it. I solved it.

Feeling great.

Accepting that these days come, and will continue to come in the future. But I control them.

Do red cars cost more to insure?

You may have heard the myth that red cars cost more to insure, often with varying reasons why. The truth is, the color of your car has nothing to do with your premium. Insurance companies are more interested in your vehicle’s make, model, age, safety features, and your driving history. What’s not a myth, though — is that people really can save a ton of money by switching insurers. Check out Money’s car insurance tool to see if you could, too.
